Great product - best price.
This particular item is one of the most highly favored tools among the medical professionals I have dealt with. This makes it very expensive. This company was by far the least expensive, even against Walmart. I wouldn't buy it if it weren't a necessity for my treatment. Amazon made it more palpable to buy.

This product cleans wounds well, just so expensive.

This healed up an open wound fast!
I was told to do wet to dry dressing changing on an opened part of an incision and a wound nurse recommended this product. I was able to get a one inch wide, 1/2 inch deep incision healed in less than a month and before vacation!
