Great computer, runs fast, and very easy to apply upgrades to. I was able to install my 8gb graphics card, put in 32gb of ram, and add a 2tb hard drive all at once. This is easily the best computer I've ever owned and I will suggest this to any of my friends looking for a starter PC. It has more than enough USB ports for every thing I need and want, it came with a beautiful keyboard and mouse, and the rgb lights are very nice.

Worked great for what you paid for. Ran everything we have thrown at it including red dead 2! Pretty happy with it but will need upgrades if you want long term gaming. (+1 year)

I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. I gave it to my son on march 9th for his birthday. Tonight (march 20th) he came out crying saying his computer just shut off while he was playing it. I investigated it for a while. The screen was black but all the rgb and fans were still on. I turned it off and back on and tried going into the bios. Bios loaded for about 30 seconds. Then the screen went black again and now when I turn it on the fans and rgb turn on but there is t anything on the display. Ive tried 3 different hdmi cable and 2 monitors. Double checked all the cable connections. I even swapped out the ram with some other ddr4 I had. I didn’t smell anything burnt. So I’m not sure what to do from here. But 500 bucks for 11 days is not good

Nice computer, no gaming per day but good enough for most other things, if you added a GPU this would fly.

I like the computer a lot. I wish that they used a motherboard with argb but that’s ok also, there are some discrepancies in the image. There was a CORSAIR keyboard, but the keyboard I got was an MSI keyboard, which is OK but I would like for them to properly tell us what we’re getting also, the motherboard is different as well as you can see it is a four channel motherboard on the picture, but in reality, it only has two ram slots overall, it’s a great computer. I just wish that they were more honest about what you’re getting. Also, you will need a graphics card in this computer.

This is my son's first gaming computer and he loves it. The graphics are fantastic, lots of memory, very nice. It has plenty of room inside if he decides to upgrade later. Shipped quickly, I would definitely recommend.

It was well worth the money, not too expensive, I find it pretty easy to connect with the paper manual. It already has an HDMI cord on its own, so you just find a monitor to connect it with. Didn't have any problems with setting it up after turning on the power. It connected to the WIFI successfully.

I was hoping to upgrade from an old Dell to something bigger, better, faster, and reliable to help run some programs heavy in ram/storage demand as well as the ability to run the same proficiently. The stats on the machine were there with a extremely limited ability to upgrade the gfx etc. There was two sata connections and 8 bays for upgrades, yet there was nothing to mount hard drives from the sata connections and the motherboard only supported two of the 8 bays whereas the ad displayed far more. Sent it back without even plugging it in or turning it on and going to buy Intel products as I should have.
