Easy to set up works well for the downstairs of my property it does keep the house cool I had to buy the extra extension for the outlet it’s not very long but I do think it’s worth the money

I brought two of these for my grandsons one in smaller bedroom one in the double . The smaller bedroom gets ice cold very guickly on timer hour and cooler 16 temp . The larger room takes two hours on timer use about 20 pence hour so not bad at all as only have one few hours a day extreme temperatures . They are worth there weight in gold a bit noisey but not to bad . Great they have remote control if wake up hot in night can put on .All in all I find they are good value for the price . They are heavy to lift upstairs we had the nicest delivery man ever he took them up on top landing for me as I can’t lift that kind of weight . The service was excellent I do recommend as long as you don’t mind the noise I recommend putting on before bed so sleep in cool room turn off to sleep .

Purchased this unit for the summer months to help with my sweltering room, and it gets chilllyyy!Even during the winter i’d put it on occasionally with having a few running servers in my room, and it certainly has done its job.Would recommend to people who need a powerful AC unit for their home.

Bit noisy for my other other half to start with but I love it and the noise helped to to drift asleep. Kept the bedroom cool during the summer. Though we got it late into summer so it was only used for a few weeks we have had no issues. Let's see what happens when it's more heavily used next summer

Trusting the description, I went ahead and bought this around 6 weeks ago.Wanted it fixed as a permanent unit..So bored hole through our home wall, fitted really snug and easy! It's not an ugly unit, but I bought it for its functionality, particularly cooling!Used it and the lowest temperature achieved is plus 20 degrees! Nowhere near thec16 as the lowest setting.Contacted via manufacturer help email! Mo response whatsoever!My concern now, should it fail within the 2 year warranty period, how would they resolve when they don't even answer a question? I forsee the outcome as a return to Amazon for a full credit, problem is of course a 6" bore hole in my home!I want a unit that does as described. Anyone recommend one please ??

Unit is well made and Robust and cools fairly quickly. Although it is described as suitable for a bedroom and has a sleep mode I clearly misunderstood what that actually means. I believed the sleep mode adjusted the noise level but it actually incrementally adjusts the temperature upwards, I explained my opinion to the supplier and they were good enough to offer me an acceptable partial refund to compensate my oversight.

We needed an instant solution to the short-term heatwave in the UK.Arrived in less than 24 hours.Pros: Plug in and switch on. Instant cooling for a double room, could definitely do a larger room if needed.Con: Loud, even on the slow setting, this thing is loud!Con: The exhaust hose fell out of the adaptor that slides onto the back of the unit. This is an issue with all air con units, but I would have hoped there was a solution to this by now. The pipe just doesn't go back on. Really annoying after spending over £200.
