How often does membrane have to be changed please?

The RO membrane is every 2 years, but depends on usage

I've been badly let down by Water2Buy. Is your 5 stage system the same as theirs?

No tried Water2Buy but I had the iSpring 75GDP for 5 months now and it works perfectly well. I chose the pump assisted version because the mains water pressure is only 2bar. Water before filtering is 275ppm and after passing through the RO is 15-20ppm so it is doing it's job. A Brita filter reduced it to 200ppm.

Would this work in barbados where power surply is 110v

Should do. The system works from water pressure and is not connected to the electric.

As I have no power source near my kitchen sink, is it possible to install the system without power socket/electrical wiring? Or is it mandatory?

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here. Unfortunately, the pump needs electricity to work so it's mandatory. If the incoming pressure is at least 45 psi you can buy the non-booster pump system instead like the RCC7. Kind Regards, iSpring Water Systems
