They fixed the Sleep / Hibernation issue!
There are a few reviews here complaining about how the keyboard sleeps and misses the first few keystrokes when they try to type. I purchased this keyboard and had the same issue and it was infuriating. It was honestly worth returning. I guess enough people complained and they updated their software. You can now adjust the sleep / hibernation settings of the keyboard. Fantastic!

A top quality and pleasant keyboard to have
I have been using mechanical keyboards for quite a few years. The tactile response one can get from the mechanical keyboard makes typing a lot fun and pleasant, compared to typing the membrane keyboard. I have bought a handful of mechanical keyboards of small brand names, along with a Keychrone F5 SE low-profile wireless keyboard lately. For a non-gamer and regular office keyboard user, MX brown switch, or other brown switch clones, has been my favorite type. Today, I finally got my hand on this MX 3.0S keyboard. In terms of the keyboard mechanical switch, this is the keyboard that gives you the ultimate built quality and typing satisfaction. The keyboard body may be made and assembled in China, but the switches are made in Germany (as it is claimed on the package box). When you type on the keys, you get the clear, precise, and very distinct tactile, followed by the crisp response of the key touching the floor of the switch, no more, no less.I got the version of the standard full-size layout, with very classic white keycaps. Aside from the nice and satisfactory feelings from typing on this keyboard, this keyboard comes with quite a few nice and useful features, such as the rigid and solid keyboard base, the updated wireless connection options, the UBS-C cable port for connection and for charging, and the fantastic backlit RGB color options. Another rather critical feature is that the legends on the keycaps are nice and not distracting under regular room light, and are clear and quite readable with the help of the backlight in the dark. This feature is a must for me. All these features make this keyboard a highly desirable piece of ‘fun to have’ item in the office.Like most of the products today, this keyboard is not perfect. I placed the order not without small regrets or a feeling of sacrificing. I think adding the following options will make this keyboard a sizable step further towards the perfect keyboard, at least for users like me: 1) a set of designated media controls, at least an audio volume nob; 2) some kind of USB hob feature, even USB 2.0 if not USB 3.2, as nowadays we constantly need a few USB ports, for mouse or mouse dongle, SD card reader or thumb drive, around our desk. These wishful options did not become the deal breaker for me. And I did not want to wait for another few years rather than start enjoying this pleasant keyboard right away. I am very happy that I have let this keyboard become the next permanent residence for the next few years on my desk.Update:Among the 2 missing options I mentioned above, I can now resolve one of them (dedicated media playing control) by re-mapping the 3 keys above the arrow keys into media play volume up/down/mute keys, which are mostly useful when playing music. I hardly use their default functions (print screen, scroll lock, and pause). Now with the existing dedicated media play/pause/next/previous keys on the right-top corner, we have a complete set of dedicated media play control keys.

Quieter than expected? - black (brown switches)
Pros:* 2 inches narrower than Crossair full sized keyboard. (that is alot for more mouse movement area without the sacrifice of number-pad)* Wired (on or off mode) / Wireless / Bluetooth (fn + mode for each key)* Instant Windows Key Disable for gamer mode (fn + WinLk)* White or color themes by hot key combo (no app required in this scenario), I am sure you can customize more with the Cherry app.Cons:* I was expecting "clicky feed back" for the mx-brown switches, but the key strokes and feel are pretty accurate* wrist pad $40+ sold separately, but highly recommended or use your existing wrist pad if you got it still.Summary:* the tighter space key grid does feel little tighter when you switch, slowly but surely I am adapting to it already on first day.* noticeable typing improvement aside from my lack of spelling accuracy.

PLEASANT TYPING EXPERIENCE FOR THE NON-GAMER CROWD, TOO!
I realize the draw on these mechanical keyboards is for the gaming set and the customization options they entail, but for those of us pounding out lots and lots of words, we're always searching for "THE" keyboard to make the experience more ergonomic and less painful. This is a great choice if you really like to hear your fingers at work! It's not quite an IBM PS2 level of clickety-clack, but it's a nice in-between, seeing as how we've had lots of years of quiet keyboards since then and exactly NOBODY'S ears are ready for IBM PS2 circa 1993 action (well, I am, but the animal in the house might disagree. You just never know what's going to trigger her...).I've not done any customizations yet, but have been thinking of the options, especially in terms of building a dedicated customized keyboard for some of my specialty apps. I work a lot in Adobe CC, but not on an everyday basis, so it seems like I might be able to make that process more efficient by assigning some regularly used hot keys for certain functions. This is well built and has already survived a tumble on the patio with no damage (people who read more than one of my reviews will think I'm just throwing stuff around here, but we've had a couple years of walking around a nearly blind and deaf dog who's prone to sudden changes in direction, given her whim). The key travel, again, is no 1993 IBM version, but a nice, deeper than your chicklets and shallower than a 1930 Underwood. There's a nice feel to the keys and if you're musically inclined, you might give yourself some energy listening to the clack. Likewise, on the days when the words are slow to come, you might get some positive reinforcement from the noise. If you don't like the noise but love the keyboard, there are options for mods to make it quiet. I kind of miss the good old days (waaaaaaay before shared, open offices, obviously) when you could tell who was productive and who wasn't by what you heard faintly echoing down the hall. That said, if anyone make me go sit in an office again for 40 hours a week, I will just give up and curl up in the corner and wither away like the anemic aloe vera plant you've forgotten to water since St. Patrick's day.Great keyboard and I'm sure some of the other reviewers will have the tech deets on how you can install a lift kit, headers, and a thundering exhaust, or at least the keyboard version of that.Five stars and excited to see what I can do on the customization side of things!

Died 11 days after refund window
I forgot to charge it one day and it died, since then it will not turn back on. It’s been plugged in to my computer for hours, still no power with or without the cord. I’ve also tried different usb c plugs. Unfortunately, Amazon’s return policy closed 11 days ago for me. Steer clear of this overpriced Chinese garbage.
