Athletic performance
I have been taking the sodium bicarbonate for a few days now. Not sure of long term benefits yet. However, my workouts I have noticed a tremendous difference in my endurance and strength after taking 1/2 teaspoon 30 mins before workout. 3 or 4 workouts so far taking it and noticing a HUGE difference!

Note the ounces contained.
I can’t review the product itself yet because I haven’t consumed it. But at first glance a little disappointed… big ol’ bag and very little product (1/5th is full, I’d estimate). The rest is air. My fault for not paying attention to the ounces contained. But hoping the quality will be good. TBD.
