ABS AND ARM Stimulator
I love how it target right where you put it and it don’t slide off while I work out with it on due to it being sticky and without a strap to put around you it’s very durable. The arms is my favorite I can’t get enough of it even when I’m resting I still have it on. Love it thanks so much.

Very low power
This has very low power. We had it full charged and turned up to full and it would not even contract 1 muscle. If your muscles are not contracting it will not work. I have a tense machine for my back it's the same concept. Only way more powerfull. It has my muscles ripping. Don't waist your money. It may work for a young kid or female. But really doubt it.

It is a little smaller than depicted, or it is a very small man.
Works satisfactory. I will give it the test of time. It does generate some heat into your abs, hopefully from muscle friction. Would recommend to others. Fast shipping.

Ab toner
Works ok if you're laying down or sitting, if you're moving around, forget it doesn't stay in place. Better off with a belt

Making progress but Can be intense!
I really like this!So when using, you really need to know what you’re doing. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!This can be very therapeutic and help with healing as what I’ve been doing with a shoulder injury that I have.i know that it shows for abs, which I’ve used for too, but This was suggested by my physical therapist and has helped wonders!!But can be intense if you don’t use it correctly. The power does go up high for those that need it, so be careful.Otherwise this mechanism is absolutely perfect for those that need it for what It’s meant to be used for.

Works As Expected But Expect to Have to Replace Gel Pads
This electric abs stimulator is quite good. The previous one I tried was a belt style that only had two conductivity pads (one on each side of it). I wanted to try something that actually had six points of contact as to ensure all of the abs muscles were getting worked. This does the job and feels like it hits all six points. It has plenty of modes and intensity settings to keep you working your abs and also comes with replacement gel pads and two other electric stimulators, and two more controls for them, intended for use with things like your arm and leg muscles. The only thing to be aware of is that this version is not a belt type so it uses the sticky type of gel conductive pads so your sticking it to yourself like a sticker. It does hold decently well though and comes with a sheet for you to stick it back onto when you are done to help prevent the pads from getting dirty and helping to prolong their life. If you're good with known you'll eventually have to replace the pads and are looking for an electric abs stimulator the targets the ab muscles well you certainly could do worse. And currently at around $38.99 it's not a bad deal considering all the equipment you get. This one is definitely my favorite out of the ones I have tried so far so I can recommend it to others shopping around for this kind of device.

Still big belly. No abs
I always thought these things were a scam. Mine works every once in a while, and you have to hold your hand over it to get it to work. Just like a shock treatment stimulator they did on my back at the chiropractor office. I don't see any difference.
