Very Good & warm.

Good 3 season, not warm enough for 4 unless layered.
Not as warm as I was hoping, not due to the insulation, but mainly due to the lack of ability to keep wind out. It's not what I call a true "softshell"...it's more like a standard poly shell I would say. It's a nice jacket, and has been complimented for its looks. The biggest complaint I have, is the tight fit in the shoulders and chest. Due to this it has a tendency to dig into the armpits. Disclaimer: I am 5'6" with a 44" chest...not exactly a typical build.
