These are the softer ones ?

Yes although the G2's are quite soft enough for increased grip and spin. Because of the price you may not want to check them both out. If you're a bit an Alex Higgins go for G1, otherwise I would play a season with G2's and see what t hey add to my game.

What tip would you recommend for pool, love to spin the cue ball around. Also what for snooker, same thing but hit also like to hit hard

I am a fan of the Elkmaster pro tips, they come in soft, medium and Hard. I personally use hard for Pool and Snooker... try them out
