Purchased for health
I purchased this item after reading many reviews about the health benefits. I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and thought I would try this initially alongside my meds. If the numbers come down sufficiently enough I am hoping to omit the meds from doctor (after proper consultation). Too early to say if working. Not too keen on the taste but persevering. Found it easier on the palate drinking with coconut milk

Only a sachet of the drink not a tub. Very poor value for money.

Alternative to late night coffee
I liked the taste. I didn't expect it to be so pleasant.The price was reasonable because only half a spoonful of the product was required for each serving of the drink.
