I deliberately made no other changes to my diet and exercise regime, so I could isolate any effects. Drinking an extra glass of water before each meal (with the capsules, as instructed) is a moderately effective appetite-suppressant in its own right; less room for food!I'm definitely overweight, so a suitable candidate for treatment, although I am in my 60s, so not running the most energetic metabolism.On the plus side these capsules are fairly easy to swallow, don't smell bad or taste bad, haven't made me feel unwell, and haven't upset my digestion. And they're Vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.CAUTIONDon't eat that big white "tablet" that's in the jar, it's only there to reduce humidity! It does have "Do not eat" embossed on it, but not very clearly.CONCLUSIONI had low expectations of these Super Strong Fat Burner capsules and they seem to have been fulfilled. You might have a very different experience if your metabolism is radically different to mine, but we're both human. One star.
