That's because they're typically not taken by individuals who aren't currently on some other vitamin variants. It is a "given" that the Apple Pectin and Peppermint inclusions are known to be quite compatible with the digestive enzyme-rich Papaya main ingredient in this offering, and the Kalmegh is probably included by a dedicated Amazon vendor as an overall health benefit to the main digestion-aiding properties of this vitamin product.It comes in an extremely attractive, unusual bottle that, although only a "cosmetic" observation on my behalf, tells me that this Amazon seller is imbued with a lot of pride and confidence in his product in an outward effort to depict its future performance to potential Amazon buyers.So, as I previously stated, I cannot honestly review this product in a quick fashion "in order to do it justice." What I've done in the past on my other Amazon vitamin-related reviews is to kind of "reverse-review" an item by starting out with a full 5 stars rating - - in an effort to give what I think an honest vendor's product merits (in a manner of giving a seller "the benefit of any doubt" up-front). I bought this because regular papaya and the papaya melts I've had in the past have worked great for heartburn but unfortunately this brand does not work like that and the pain stays. Not sure why the other sublingual one worked well unfortunately I forgot the name and these did not work well. Oh well, once I get paid again I will find some dissolvables and try those again along with all my other heartburn medicine that I live with daily for having acid reflux disease
