I love doing sha gua , its very pampering ,it's a nice size for the face,can use it on the body,but I would get a bigger one for that!Good value for money, give it a go!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and weight to this Gua Sha. I love the velvet storage pouch too. I’ve been using it in the shower each morning for around 5-10minutes, following a tiktok routine. It might be bias but my face looks visibly less puffy. The idea of the tool is to massage pressure points to help drain the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the highway between the cells and the blood- transporting waste products and liquid from the cells into the bloodstream, so it can be filtered out by the kidneys. The premise of this massage tool does make sense and lymphatic drainage is sometimes used in conventional medicine. I’d suggest using it in the shower or with some moisturiser so that it glides over the skin more easily. There are plenty of tutorial online. I’m going to keep monitoring progress with before and after photos. For under £5, even if it’s just a placebo it’s a nice part of self care and feels pleasant. Would recommend.
