Works perfect for 2016 Mazda CX-5, highly recommend getting a cheap punch for the installation
So easy to install! Product works just like OEM part on my girlfriends 2016 Mazda CX-5!The only trouble I had was getting the pin out to swap the latches out- save yourself the trouble and frustration of trying to find something you have laying around at home and just get a cheap punch on Amazon or at your nearest auto store. Once I got one of those, was able to swap it out in 30 seconds!

Easy to swap out and replace the old broken latch took maybe 5 minutes after finding a how to YouTube video.

Good buy
My car was stolen but fortunately found with little damage. I was able to fix the console latch from watching videos and purchased this latch. Took about 15 minutes for this aged lady to fix it.

Looks identical to the original part, fits like the original, works just like the original. 4 stars because too early to see how long it lasts. No reason to think it won't. FYI - this is not an OEM part.

Interior console latch for Mazda CX5
One day the console latch quit working and would stay wide open with no way to effectively close it. This part fixed the problem! The product was shipped quickly and installed in 20 minutes (learning the part number and watching how to install on YouTube). The local auto parts stores were no help, and I found that Amazon had the solution!
