Practical and helpful
This book continues some wonderful recipes that are practical, as well as being simple to make and delicious. Incorporating these meals into daily life should really help to improve health and wellbeing.

Great recipes
Purchased for my husband who on investigating wouldn’t eat any of the recipes suggested. However I like the recipes but don’t require another cookery book.

Missing some advertised recipes
Having had trouble with tiredness, general aches and pains. I decided to change my diet and found this book. It’s really well laid out, gives plenty of information to beginners and includes a two week meal plan. The ingredients are expensive and so I haven’t followed the meal plans, but I have tried some of the recipes. They’re pretty easy to make and taste good. Why 4 stars? Whilst the book is laid out well. It’s not brilliant. Some of the recipes are missing and some of the pages are blank. Shows a lack of care through final checks or maybe I’m just unlucky!

Not for my taste and really basic
I tried a few recipes but they are quite bland, anti inflammatory should not equal boring, it does not include information about how to balance nutrients when removing certain meals and some of the “week” plans would left me with a lot of hunger! I do appreciate some explanations about meal prep and basic knowledge that I had missing

Simple but Brilliant!
Easy to follow recipes and a good deal of background information. Not many photos of finished dishes but um…you don’t actually need them? Highly recommended!

This is a great book but huge downside is no photos of the food. 75 recipes without photos is a bit sad! But it’s great recipes
