Few products have an immediate effect like caffeine. Most products in health and wellness may take days, weeks or even months to see an effect or positive trend. I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks now and I can truly say I feel like I am sleeping better, my energy seems higher and my recovery has improved. Not a huge fan of the flavor but its good enough. All in all its now apart of my regimen and I will be buying it again.

Tastes like vomit.

I’ve been in search of a glutathione product that actually works. I recently found out that you can’t absorb glutathione in oral form, except when it’s in a nanoemulsion. Knowing that I’m not only absorbing this, but absorbing nearly 100% of it is awesome. The taste is good, but knowing how glutathione by itself is pretty nasty, I’m impressed by the flavor. It’s pretty good. I’ll be taking this daily to keep myself healthy, especially through cold and flu season.

I have tried many glutathione products before, and cannot stand the taste to be consistent to take them. This one has done a great job at flavor to get it in daily! Great for energy and overall health. Happy to have found one I can use consistently!

So I have taken this each morning before my protein shake (8 pumps under my tongue) for just over a week now. The last few days I have definitely had more endurance on the pickleball court in this heat. Not sure why but I can definitely see improvement in my stamina. I think it might be detoxing already as I have had regular trips to the bathroom in the mornings which is a HUGE plus for me! Definitely going to keep taking it and see how much better I feel!!

The non-descript taste is not at all bad - it's sorta slightly nutty / lightly citric.The liquid is as thin as water which the sprayer delivers a nice dose easily.The glass pump spray bottle holds 2 oz = 30 8 pump servings.This is 50 mg L-Glutathione reduced which is an excellent antioxidant and fights free radicals.This detoxifier also contains 2 mg Vit C with liposomal delivery of sunflower oil / sunflower lecithin.Although there's no RDA for L-Glutathione - I've come across reading that suggestsranges from 500 mg - 2000 mg = which may be very different per person.Everyone needs to figure this out for themselves.> But my point being this 50 mg is not a high dose even given that the liposomal deliveryallows the body to absorb up to 9 times more than regular supplements by passing throughthe gut lining without being digested, and into the blood stream for direct absorption by the cells.>>> Some concern is the emulsifier polysorbate 80 which is thought to contribute to Crohn's Disease.> And sodium benzoate which is considered safe in small amounts BUT science has shownit can turn into benzene when mixed with Vit C which is a known carcinogen.
