Board game
This is an excellent new version of a game that I have played previously. It certainly seems an improvement over the old version.

Epic board game.
This is the game I remember from the 1980's with two small exceptions, no longer are there printed IPC's, initially I used Monopoly money but have since obtained screenshots of the web and printed my own authentic IPC's, and the technical advancements we all remembered seems to have gone, no biggie for that as it was an added complication that wasn't needed. Previously I bought the 1941 version which was missing, artillery, bombardment, cruisers, etc. so managed to complete that in 2 hours this one is taking days. Awesome. This is the bigger and for me better version of the game. Instructions are clear but I would keep the order of play handy to remind you of what comes next, so you don't forget to claim your IPC's after the thrill of combat. Something we all did I one time or another. Pick your strategy with your allies and enjoy the development of your "empire". Overall a really great game and a throw back to our youth.
