Solid construction, great product, fits perfectly and charges the controller as expected. Item charges the controller quicker when used inconjunction with a mobile wall charger (any usb mobile phone charger with a USB socket will charge your PS4 controller) This item solved my short cable issue and it sits neatly and firmly into the controller with no movement.Anybody with movement should look to buy another controller as the mini usb socket inside the controller is to blame, this is due to poor sony design as the socket should lie further inside the body of the controller with a recess to prevent damage from cable pulls, stress and strains.From a Technicians point of view; I see a lot of USB port damage to sockets on devices from tugs and pulls on cables or careless movement of the device, its not bad cable design it poor device design and users being a little careless at times. USB ports do not take stress and strain very well sorry to say.

Very easy to install and they even have a video online. Battery seems to last long but not tried to completely drain it to see how long it lasts. I’ve bought 3 of these and no issues at all. It was recommended to me by a friend who was raving about the length of charge.

Bought 2 batteries for my original Day 1 PS5 controllers. Was looking to replace them, but at £50-£60 a pop this is not cheap. Replacing the batteries was the cheap solution providing all worked fine.They arrived early for starters and came with the battery, small screwdriver and plastic tool. Whilst the additions were not needed it's a nice touch, so I used them anyway and they were fit for purpose.Changing the battery in a PS5 controller is pretty simple, just follow an online vid and you'll be fine, the most difficult part was which way round the connection went in, but take note of wires on the old battery when removing and fit the new coloured wires/connector the same way round. Everything fits well, and secure.Now I have waited a couple of weeks to review and can safely say these new batteries perform very well. Difficult to put a timescale on use as different games will drain at different rates, but as an example played 5 hours of Mafia III last night and the battery still shows 3 bars. Whether they are 70% better who knows, but on testing I've no reason to disbelieve the claim. My old battery barely lasted an hour before it needed a recharge.Needless to say though, if I need more replacements in the future for my other controllers, i'll certainly be back to buy more. Great product, and frankly cheap at the price compared to buying a new controller.

Product it self is well made and fit for purpose but I bought it as a replacement cable for my xbox which isn't a mini usb like this product is an xbox is type c connector but I do have products with the mini usb connector so I'll keep this a a very long spare cable for if and when I need it

Easily double the stock controller battery life. Made in China BUT Quality checked in Germany if you also concerned about the quality of the random noname batteries what flooded the Amazon marketplace.

Lasted a fair while. I reccomend you buy it if you need a long cable quickly but only that, it's gets a 6.5/10, but I'd reccomend you save up to $/£25 to get a high quality cable of this length. It'll be pricey but worth it.

This cable look like a quality product and worked well initially.However, after around 2 months of using it it stopped working. The micro USB connection became loose and stopped working altogether.I used it to plug my PS4 controller into the console so it never really moved from its location but it still didn't last long. Pretty disappointing because of the price.I think the textile cover might protect the cable from breaking, but the cheap connectors will break long before this could ever become an issue.I cannot recommend this product.

Good but was looking for a 5 meter one & I couldn't find any at the time so got this & it was just enough length from console to where I do be at.
