Great pan for making the flying omelet.
The technique will take a bit for you to master, but it is well worth it. Impressed by the quality of this pan. Non stick is great and the design helps when you are trying to get the seal on the omelet.

Game changer
If you're struggling to perfect the ommurice omelet, this pan is a game changer. Has a front facing bulge that really helps get it right. 1st Crack out of the box I made a perfect ommurice. Highly reccomend!

Great pan for omurice beginner!
I'm still learning to make the perfect omelette for omurice, but my first attempt with this pan was 100% better than any I attempted with my AllClad 8" coated pan. Maybe, as I get better, it won't matter what pan I use, but the shape of this pan helps a lot! Only 4 stars, because I just got it and don't know yet how the teflon will wear. So far, so good!

Beautifully non stick
This is our new favorite frying pan. We’ve had it for months and I use it almost every day. I do not use non stick spray because that definitely shortens the length of the nonstick coating. It’s a perfect size for eggs and omelettes.

Quality is not great.
It must be my experience, but this came with the ends of the pan chipped. Quality control isn’t the best, and I wish it was because I had high expectations. Pretty deep and wide pot for making eggs though. But I can’t recommend this because it was very underwhelming and had nonstick coating on the sides of the pan exposed.

Game changer
If you’re trying to make Omurice, this is 100% a game changer, definitely better than using a normal generic pan.
