Essential
My husband started working 10 hour shifts this year. He came home so stopped it he could barely function. I had some Liquid IV that I started adding to his work water jug. Immediately, he started feeling better so I keep this on hand for him. He mixes it with other flavored drinks and is diabetic, so I am careful to choose sugar-free flavors that combine well weigh those. He loves it! I love that he feels better when he returns home from work.

Expensive, but always good!

Great but not consistent - GREAT mild taste.
Some packages are great but others come and are sticky on the bag or the bottom of the individual pack. Noticed that the content can become hard if you buy bulk and enough time goes by to cause this. Hot water will help dissolve it but I don’t understand why some packs are hardening quicker?

If you have issues with becoming dehydrated and do not like the taste of plain water, this product is for you! They have many different flavors and they are all great!
