Package arrived with contents leaked everywhere making it unusable as one of the steps was completed empty afterwards

Disappointed. Missing items
Post perm treatment was missing and the activator bottles all leaked out. I have no issues with the product itself as it's always left my hair feeling soft. I just won't be buying from this seller again if that's how they send them out.

I have been using this products for years and I have no issues, but during the lockdown I decided to purchase it on Amazon because it was the only option. I bought big package with 4 application, I only used it once and it damaged hair.
