Indian Schools - An Aspirational Template
The authors have written this book with considerable care and optimism. They have provided deep insights, borne out of experience gained from working in the school education system, into what could be a "zero cost" solution to enhancing learning outcomes. The book is full of instances where the inherently curious children are allowed to have a relatively controlled run with their imagination, under the able guidance of teachers who are willing to step out of their comfort zones to allow the children to learn joyfully. The classrooms as protagonists, is an effective device to have third party observers to the wonderful methods of teaching employed by particular teachers, with solid encouragement by the Head Master.Sadly, most parents, guardians and government officials are often prone to believe that the government school system can do well only with more resources, whereas for anybody involved with the system in a professional capacity, it is well understood that heightened learning outcomes and joyful learning are not always directly proportional to the resources made available. This book needs to be read by school leaders and as many teachers as possible to enable placing an inherently curious child at the centre of the school system.

The Power of Curiosity lies in the Urge of Reading The Book!!
The Power of Curiosity has put me in a dilemma.. I wish to go back to school and start all over again..can a 77 years old be admitted in a school.. I do not wish to kill the joy of future readers by narrating what the book contains..I can only say that as a facilitator I totally endorse the concept of self experiential learning and have practiced it for 10 years with multinational corporates both in India and abroad..The Power of Curiosity is a compulsory read for All - children, parents, grandparents, teachers, politicians, administrators and each and every human being on this planet.. I am of the firm belief that this methodology of education can be the game changer for a better world..Thank you Anita, Rajnish and Rashi..Bless you..Can it be made into a film? Looking forward to many more.. with best regards.. Colonel Arjuna Jang Bahadur Veteran 🙏🏼

Sparking the joy of learning in children
The Power of Curiosity dives into a regular school and creatively used personification as a tool to encourage all of us to think about simple ways in which we can add trigger the joy of learning in children and make them active and empowered participants in their journey. And it's easy - involve children in class conversations, make them aware of their environment, discuss everyday occurrences, examine objects around you - create a sense of wonder. And it's not expensive - does not require lots of funding, frameworks, training .. just a subtle shift in mindset. This book is not just for those with young children or teachers, it's for all of us - the flame of curiosity propels us through life, takes us on adventures, allows us to try new things, engage with the world around us, be satisfied and happy:)
