Can you heat in hot/boiling water if you don’t have a microwave?

I am not sure, probably you can, but maybe it will reduce the pack's lifetime as the cover could be damaged by repeated heating. Sorry!

When cooled, what temperature can this maintain and for how long?

I used it for my calf rupture and it stayed cold for 20 - 30 minutes which is enough for the purpose of icing a sore muscle. When I used it heated up it stayed at optimum temperature for 15 -20 minutes before it got too cool for benefit. Hope this helps

no idea suggest you ask manufacturer or seller, non prescription liquid volume on plane is 100ml, if more need copy of prescription. HMRC will also require you to test /drink liquid so you might might have a problem
