This device when panning around an objects suddenly jerks in the middle and the video becomes too badRaised issue with the customer service, they asked me to share the video of the same, its been more than a month and when asked they will just say we are looking into it.Didn't understand what they are looking in that 30 sec video this much when the video clearly shows the gimbal jerking, and i also shared the video captured from that jerky gimbal. I even timestamped the video where the jerk is occuring. What else can I provide more than this.I can understand it might have been a faulty device, but the after sale service is a huge red flag.I would spend some 2k or 3k more and buy something from a good brand which is trustworthy.Edit 26th June:Still not resolved, their after sales support is pathetic, the warranty they say is just a simple scam.They just send auto replies to you and irritate you thinking you will back off after being pissed off.I can assure you, their customer service is very good in pissing off customer.Edit 28th June:I raised this issue to amazon grievance department and many others on to that email thread, the response from Amazon team was very helpful, they got everything sorted out within 2 days.But still I lost any trust in Amazon Basics, next time I don't want to again go through these situations for another warranty claim. I would rather pay few more money and buy from some better company for any product.

The product is more than expected and worth of buying. It was great gift to my son.

I love this product and its features. One of the best budget level gimbal stabilizer comes with great features. Features/ mods are no doubt it's working but there only one problem i.e., the payload capacity issue, in my case I'm using Nothing Phone 2 device and its weight is aprx. 201 Gram, this gimbal doesn't support that much weight it can't balance ⚖️ anymore, I've tried to balance all the possible ways but it doesn't balance. So I return this product. My suggestion: for those who are looking for this gimbal I can say them it's the best one, build quality is awesome. I really love the quality of the product. But keep in mind this product can handle upto 180 gram phones. you can't find the payload information in the product description, that's the reason why I made purchase unknowingly.

The gimbal works perfectly but app doesn't have features mentioned. I bought this because it belongs to Amazon but utterly disappointed. Anyways the Amazon support is top notch.

This is my first gimbal purchase. I thought amzon basic would be better product. But I was wrong. My product is not working after cover return/replace date.

Low battery backup, grip is so slippery, to much large size so not handy

Value for money, good batter life, great stabilization,

its doesn't work at all, quality of build is also poor... parts are coming off glue
