I like keeping them in my microwave for protecting to glass plate. They are.easy to clean and work on top of bowls for preventing splatter.

Use it as trivet and hot dish didn't melt a plastic tablecloth. I have used it to open a jar and it really worked. I can leave them out in my kitchen because they come in beautiful colors and look great. I can also put them under dishes in the microwave for easier cleanup when something spills (just remove trivet). Used as a top when I couldn't find the pans lid.

I keep both sizes on the bottom of my microwave. It help prevent stuff from sliding around plus, that way we don't forget to use them. When a bowl, plate or cup is too hot to handle, you just fold this up around the item and safely pull it from the microwave. I got the sea mint color and love it. It has had red sauce spilled on it and cleans up with minimal effort and hasn't stained.
