It goes over a lot of information including things that will be on the SHRM certification exam. It was easy to read with no complicated language that I have to google to figure out what the words mean. Review: Seller offered the 16th Edition and said it was the same as the 15th Edition. When I received the book, the 16th Edition was India based content which isn't American based content. Buyer beware!!!!

Much cheaper than buying booksand it came the next day. I love the idea that I don’t have to pay full price fitness a book that will probably not be used again. And no trash. I just send it back when I’m done.
