This is a great brand of ashwaghanda! I've been taking it about 2 weeks or so, and I noticed a difference within a day or two. I'm calmer, more focused, have energy and alert. I work retail and this time of year is the busiest time and most stressful - and I can take it much better, taking these. 600mg is a good amount and one capsule is nice and easy. $15 for a 60 day supply, is definitely cheaper than medicine and works better. I don't feel zonky on it nor get a dry mouth or anything. Will keep buying. Would recommend. 😊

I have taken ashwaganda in the past and thought it helped some but not “overly” impressive. A friend told me about KSM-66 and within 2 days I could tell a difference. I have a Whoop bracelet (that helps monitor my health and stress in case you’re not familiar with it) and my Whoop even showed the difference consistently! The pictures attached are the stress my body experienced the night before I started taking it (which was pretty typical) and after taking it for 6 days . In a nutshell-it WORKS.

I was hopeful about trying this KSM-66 ashwagandha—it’s a well-respected extract with 5% withanolides and comes in a generous 60-day supply at 600 mg per capsule. It’s also third-party tested and made in a GMP facility, which gave me confidence in the quality.Unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. I experienced headaches and didn’t notice any improvements in stress or sleep. It’s possible that the full 600 mg dose was too much for me starting out. I may try it again at a half dose, since some people report better tolerance at 300 mg. But with this bottle that requires opening the capsule and eye balling the half dose of powder and putting it in a beverage so not so precise.Each capsule uses KSM-66 root extract, known for its consistent withanolide content and lower withaferin A levels (which can be irritating in some extracts). From my reading, it may not be great for people with autoimmune conditions, thyroid disorders, histamine intolerance and slow COMT. So check with your doctor if you have any other conditions.

I’ve been using the KSM-66 and the Tongkat Ali for about 10 days now and wow, what a difference!! I have more stamina, more energy, more strength and more focus in the gym, and it’s awesome! I’m 48 years old, and anything can help at my age, but this is next level. Love Primal Pre-workout and BCAAs , but combining this with their creatine has taken my workouts and body to the next level! Highly recommended. Will definitely buy again!

I've had a lot of stress but don't want some prescription so I decided to try ashwagandha. I had been taking a different brand for months and no benefit. After researching I found there are many different strengths and types and this one had all the qualities I had read were important and I can feel the difference.

This stuff is amazing. There’s been a noticeable reduction in my stress levels and my sleep quality has greatly improved. My wife started taking it before work and I think she’s hooked now too. The day just seems a little more manageable. It’s affordable and and fits in great to my everyday morning routine. Highly recommend.

Nice supplement

Really helped me sleep, but had to stop because it interferes with some of my meds. 😭
