I have a tray in my oven that has with time become somewhat, shall we say, burnt. Too good still to throw away (hasn't warped or anything like others have) but I didn't want to continue using as is, so bought these pre-cut baking sheets of parchment paper. What a difference! Just pop one on the tray, add whatever I'm cooking and slide into the over. Food cooks perfectly, I throw the paper into the bin (once cooled) and tray remains in situ ready for next use. I had already bought a roll of 'baking paper' but too often the stupid thing refused to tear along the serrated edge, ending up crooked and not necessarily long/wide enough for its intended use. I no longer have that problem as the sheets of parchments paper fit my particular tray like a glove. As I said, one of my best buys for sure.

Useless. Size so small it won't fit anything. Absorbency virtually nil so while they might survive a wash it's not worth doing. Anything greasy soaks right though so you end up having to wash the base utensil anyway. Yes. I suppose the food doesn't stick but that's the only thing in their favour. One use and bin which isn't as described. I'd query the size given too. Rubbish and not cheap! Buy a roll from the supermarket and cut it yourself.

I purchased these as when I googled how to keep my cheese fresher it said to use parchment paper, well my cheese just dried out and went hard as rock, so don't use them for this!!
