Is this good for stick?

It is ok for stick. My only criticism for this welding jacket is that it doesn’t have any external pockets for marking pencil. Good jacket though.

I’m 5’2” and 120 lbs I wear a small in jackets would a medium fit me??

I bought mine one size larger than my jacket size and it fit over the jacket you may need a large if the jacket is heavily insulated.
