I was a tad bit skeptical about ordering this item at first because of some other reviews that I seen that are not as favorable as mine. HOWEVER, I ordered anyways and I am SOOOOOO glad that I did. I am very pleased with my purchase! It's a birthday gift for my friend. When it arrived, the packaging was secure from damages so it was all in one piece when it arrived, I pulled it out to view and was almost in tears because it looked so good. I am unable to take a pic because I put it back in the box to gift it this week but I'll update my review with pics once she gets to open. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product and will definitely order again for future personalized gifts!

I ordered this as a gift for my mom for christmas. Shipping took awhile, but overall it was worth it! The product was sturdy, the photo was clear and all spelling/requests were correct. A good buy for the price!

The media could not be loaded.  First… please check my other review on this product on the big frame. I showed how the Spotify code worksNothing to dislike at all. These exceeded my expectations. The white frame around the pictures is very sturdy. The Spotify code works very well and the photos themselves were not glued to the back like mentioned in other reviews. They were printed on, and I must say it was professionally done and well made. Shipping was wonderful for me. I ordered them on the 9th of December, they were shipped on the 12th and I got them on the 24th. Their were shipping issues as well so I possibly could have gotten them a lot sooner. Just be wise and order ahead of time, you won’t be disappointed. These would make the perfect gift for any occasion. The price by the way is unbeatable. If you are on edge about these items, I’d say give the seller a chance. They were quick to respond to my messages and they make quality products.

I got it for a romantic gesture for our wedding anniversary gift. It was supposed to play our wedding song. It had a picture of us on it which was great, but there’s no instructions how to record the song onto it not to mention a charger plug-in how the hell you’re supposed to get it to play anything It’s useless. I might as well print it out of freaking picture and put it in a frame and handed it to him. We already have those all over our wall. It was useless gift

My daughter ordered this for her Bf. She used their pic and their song off Spotify. He loved it so much that he keeps it on his desk for everyone to see. Way better than a regular photo in a frame
