smaller than the picture but thus the work

Took a while to get here from China, but it is a good product. A little smaller than I thought it would be, it makes washing rice easy. It's sturdy, had no problem with it flexing or bowing from the weight of the water, and had no issues with rice getting stuck in the holes. Did exactly what I bought it for and now I don't lose any rice down the drain. It's good for rinsing veggies too, which is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. Great rice strainer, I'm sorry I didn't get it sooner!!!

Multifuncional and can use for more than just washing rice. I like how it catches the rice and don’t have to worry about it slipping through the holes. I do recommend a rice strainer.

It's impossible to drain rice without some of the rice being dumped out because the holes are too far up the side. So this doesn't solve anything. You still need two hands so you might as well just tip the pan the old-fashioned way. I couldn't find any use for it so I donated it.

Where has this been all my life!!

When I got this I was a bit worried about the size. It is small. But it works perfectly for 2-3 cups of rice and doesn’t take up a bunch of space. I LOVE IT!

I like to be able to wash more than a cup of rice / grains at a time. So I returned the item. If you onlyneed to wash a cup or 2 at a time, then this tool is for you.
