It does work and the 299v is the best.

Has everything I need and was looking for something that targets brain.

I did have less gas, which is kind of weird because probiotics usually give me gas. I don't have IBS but I have the same issues due to other causes and it didn't help the bowel issues. Probiotics are always going to be very individual though, a lot depends on your natural bacteria and these supplements almost always have a unique bacteria blend. You just have to try them. There weren't any weird side effects and they didn't cause a bad taste. Nothing negative about them.

These IBS Probiotic pills came securely shipped and with a tamper proof seal. The pills are about mid-size in my opinion. The coating does not have a taste and these do not leave an after taste. I've not had any acid reflux, sour stomach, or any other issues when I took these pills. They work and are at a great price. I recommend these to buy.

I bought this fairly expensive probiotic because it specifically had the 299V lactobacillus which is supposed to help with iron absorption into the brain and blood. While I did not notice any gas or bloating while using it, it did not help me with my iron uptake as hoped.

I do a milk test on all of my probiotics (basically making yogurt). I was looking for some L. Pantarum with strain 299v and found it with Hyperbiotics. I combine 1/4 cup of whole milk, 1/8 tsp of inulin, and a single capsule. 4 out of 5 of the probiotics I have tested do nothing. A good probiotic (the other 1 out of 5) with 2 billion CFU will make yogurt in ~4 hours.I let Hyperbiotics PRO IBS which states it has 30 billion CUF go 4 hours and nothing happened, so I let it then go for 12 hours and I got somewhat of a result (see photo). I can only conclude that the majority of the product is dead
