Effective Tartar Control with TartarEnd Toothpaste
TartarEnd Toothpaste has become an essential part of my oral hygiene routine, providing effective tartar control and promoting overall dental health. While I don't use it as my daily toothpaste, incorporating it into my routine a few times per week has made a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and health of my teeth. One of the standout features of TartarEnd Toothpaste is its ability to help loosen tartar buildup on my teeth. After continued use, I've observed and felt the difference, with tiny calcium sediment coming loose and leaving my teeth feeling cleaner and smoother. While it's not a substitute for regular dental cleanings, it certainly helps maintain oral health between visits to the dentist. One aspect of TartarEnd Toothpaste that I'm not particularly fond of is the aftertaste. While it effectively targets tartar, the lingering taste isn't my favorite. As a workaround, I typically follow up with my trusted Colgate toothpaste to freshen my breath and neutralize any lingering flavors. Overall, TartarEnd Toothpaste is a valuable addition to any oral care routine, especially for those looking to control tartar buildup and maintain optimal dental health. While the aftertaste may not be to everyone's liking, its effectiveness in loosening tartar makes it a worthwhile investment. If you're seeking an extra boost in tartar control, give TartarEnd Toothpaste a try and experience the difference for yourself.

Works on Tarter!
This Works! Been using about 3 weeks due to a barely accessible and crowded wisdom tooth that I could feel and see bad tarter buildup. Last night a chunk of brown/black tarter fell off! It was disgustingly awesome. The rest of my teeth and gums have visibly benefited but that back wisdom tooth was my reason for purchasing. (And I Hate to go to the dentist haven’t been in forever). I brush my teeth first with regular toothpaste and then coat them with this toothpaste and use an electronic brush for 2 minutes.

Great for those who don’t like foamy toothpaste.
I tried it for a few months before leaving a review to see if it would work as advertised. While it does not noticeably remove any pre-existing tartar, I do think it helps not to form more. I have always hated sweet, foamy toothpastes. I like how this has a mild minty, unsweetened flavor that doesn’t overpower your mouth. It also cleans well and doesn’t foam. I do feel like it gets my teeth cleaner than my previous toothpastes, both because it works well and because I am more willing to use it. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth now and brush more frequently. I use this with an unsweetened mouth wash and I love the clean feeling and fresh smell without leaving a strong artificial minty taste in my mouth forever. Does it dissolve tartar? No but I didn’t really expect it to. Go get a proper cleaning for that and start with a clean slate. Will it help you reduce tartar build up and possibly the frequency of professional cleanings needed? I believe so. I plan to keep using it. Oh and it lasts a long time too.

Literally the Best Toothpaste, No Comparison
Absolutely demolishes tartar (as much as toothpaste can anyway). It seems to bind to the tartar itself and washes out with the paste? Not a chemist, but using this has a NOTICEABLE difference compared to any other toothpaste (if you have a lot of tartar at least, idk if it'd make a big difference if you really take care of your teeth). I like to use this as a prewash for my teeth, tjen floss, brush with it again, and then finish with whatever toothpaste scent you want for scent (or personally, I use Sensodyne as a finisher because I Hearddd that it forms a protectove crystal layer over your teeth... but idk if that’s true, and if definitely doesn't compare to this for Tartar removal). Yes, it does have a "different" taste, but if's not bad.

Skeptical at First, Quickly Impressed
I recently developed hard tartar on my bottom front teeth for the first time in my life (despite regular brushing with my regular toothpaste), my gums were starting to hurt a bit and recede, and I didn't wanna spend the money for a dental cleaning. I got online and found TartarEnd and decided to try it. After 2 days, there was no change, but by the 3rd day, I was sitting in my living room shortly after brushing and I felt a piece of something stuck near my gumline, so I went into the bathroom to grab a plastic dental pick to remove it AND IT WAS A CHUNK OF TARTAR! It just fell right off! So I started picking at the rest of it, and more pieces fell off, like chipping away at a stone. I was blown away! Some of the older hard tartar is still on my teeth (for now), but all the newer hard tartar that appeared in the past month or so is completely gone! I'm confident that if I keep using it, the older tartar will crumble away as well. I'm always really skeptical of this kind of stuff, but TartarEnd has impressed me! To the company, please, if this gets really popular, DON'T CHANGE OR CHEAPEN THE FORMULA! Please keep the quality and everything as is. This toothpaste is worth the $20+ I paid for it, and I will gladly pay that again for a new tube. Awesome stuff. The flavor isn't super noticeable, just a hint of mint. I use TartarEnd toothpaste after brushing with my regular toothpaste. Oh and I want to point out that I use a Sonic Toothbrush with this toothpaste as well, for 2-4mins each time, and the brush has 30,000+ VPM it's actually an Equate sonic brush from Walmart.

Did not work
Despite doing “all the things” (brushing, flossing, using proximal bushes), I struggle with tartar buildup and go to the dentist for cleanings every three months to keep it under control. Immediately after my last cleaning, I purchased and started using Tartar End as part of my routine. The reviews made me confident this was going to be a game changer. I was totally inspired and committed, used it every day brushing my with Sonicare for the full 2min cycle, followed by flossing, proximal brushing and then brushing again with regular paste for that minty freshness this product does not deliver. Fast forward three months to today: I went in for my cleaning excited and confident that my hygienist was going to remark on how little tartar I had. I was already imagining telling her about this remarkable product I found, etc. I did not want to influence her opinion, so I said nothing about my new regimen before she started my cleaning. Imagine my surprise when she starts that all too familiar scraping and then frowns and asks me if I might have started taking calcium supplements, which apparently can cause tartar buildup (spoiler: I don’t take calcium). I then told her about this product and that I was disappointed that my tartar wasn’t improved. She remarked that my tartar actually seem stickier than usual. In all seriousness, for the past three months the hopes/promises of this product inspired me to have the most consistent dental hygiene practices I have ever had. I’m usually pretty good, but for the past three months I did not miss a day of flossing and I brushed the full 2min cycle with my Sonicare. I thought that surely, that alone would have improved my outcome compared to in the past where I might skip a day or two of flossing each week and often stop short of the 2min brushing cycle. I never thought my tartar could be worse. But that is apparently where I’m at. So disappointing. Worst of all, I was so confident this product was working, I stupidly already ordered another tube. Anyway, the reviews are compelling, so you may want to take the $20 gamble to see if it works for you. I’m here to tell you that sadly, it doesn’t work for everyone.

An important part of the oral hygiene
It takes getting used to - the toothpaste doesn't foam and there is no pronounced taste, so your senses will need some adjusting. I've been buying this toothpaste for the last 4 years and really miss it once I run out. It leaves your mouth with a clean feeling. The best way to see that it does work is by scrubbing your tongue with it - it really takes the white stuff/plaque off easily in compresence with a regular toothpaste. My routine when using this toothpaste: water flosser to remove larger debris - Tartar End toothpaste to soften the plaque - threaded floss to remove the plaque - nano silver toothpaste to remineralize the enamel - mouthwash to take care of the rest of the mouth surfaces - dental probiotic at night to promote good oral bacteria - adhering xylitol mints to promote saliva while sleeping - xylitol nasal spray to promote nose breathing while sleeping. Yes, this is a lot but I want to keep my teeth for as long as possible, lol. Hope this helps!
