Seems well built holds a charge for a long time

Hover failed our daughter's birthday utterly-not once, but twice. The original (purple) product would not charge or turn on. They had us cut the wires on a video and sent a replacement. The replacement was the wrong color (green) and a cheaper model-they refused to correct it, stating replacement models are at their "discretion." This discretion is not how you treat an 11-year old girl for her birthday. #FailHover

My 5yr olds hoverboard that I got off a second hand site broke and she was devastated to I found this one which was affordable but lights up which she likes cause she's still young. It works and charges perfectly. Stays charged for hours and has provided plenty of use and wipeouts already lol

Really nice hoover board not at all what I expected for the price. Would buy again it again the price is unbeatable and it's just as fast as the more expensive ones we have bought.

After a couple months it started acting up. I've tried to calibrate it multiple times to no avail. When fully charged its fine, but as soon as the low battery alarm comes on, it goes crazy and spins in circles really fast. It tosses the kids, and leaves black marks all over my floors and walls.

Works great no problems

This particular hover board is on the heavier side compared to other's that we have tried. This makes it a bit more sturdy, and also a lot slower than others. Make sure you pay attention to the weight limits, and treat them as a law, or you will have some issues. This Rocket model hover has self-balancing feature, which is great if you are just starting out. it helps you to learn to do it like a pro! I wouldn't recommend this for anyone over the age of 11, this is best for the younger, smaller kids! Definitely not for adults!

Got this for my 5 year old who absolutely loves it however after only three months it won’t take a charge. He has only road it in our house so it hasn’t even ever been outside. I thought it was the charger so I ordered a new one and it didn’t fix the issue. I have reached out and have a ticket in to hopefully get this fixed but am still waiting for a response a week later. Meanwhile I have a very disappointed 5 year old. If I do hear anything I will update. I’m going to try and call the company if I don’t hear anything this week. One week and nothing seems like I should have heard some by now.Edit… it has now been months and still have not heard anything regarding my ticket. I have called them and all I get is an automated robot telling me to go to the website and submit a ticket. There is not even a way to see if they are working on my ticket. I’m thinking this might be a scam or hit and miss! Spend your money elsewhere and avoid your child’s disappointment.
