This is the original Alka-Seltzer and works much better than the new version. So easy to put a few in my purse or car in case we need one when traveling. As they say, don't leave home without them.

I think this is a good product, but it is a bit of an extra step. This product is essentially just baking soda with a bit of pain killer mixed in. To avoid the caking chemicals and such, you can just mix some baking soda with water. I was impressed by how well it disintegrates and how tasteless it is, but it just seems like a bit of an extra step.
