Good product. One thing. Unmount the motor from the rear frame. Easy. Mount it as explained and pictured. Easy. Overall a good choice. Comfort is good. Is as described

Excellent for home setting. Makes a difference for the caregiver. Helps protect the backs of the caregivers. Promotes comfort for the patient.

We ended up with exactly what we wanted. Ultimately it is solid, fully electric, and easy to assemble. But it took some doing to get there.Initially, the head and foot sections didn't align. There wasn't any weekend support. Monday morning I was able to put in a request for replacement. After a few back and forths via email with pictures and video they arranged to send us replacements. It was good that we didn't have to rebox and ship back the bad pieces.The next issue we had was that the instructions were supposed to be for both the semi and fully electric types. Nothing really looked the same as our product. The worst was that it didn't explain that the motor was attached to the foot section only for shipping and was intended to be moved to the correct location under the side of the head section. Since the manual only showed the semi version of the crank shaft we had to figure out how to do it for the fully electric version. I can say that once I figured it out it was really simply. But it would've saved us a ton of time and worry if we just had the correct instructions to begin with.

Very poor quality control missing parts. Sent a bed that had motor in the back with no directions to move to the side. The motor was mounted so none of the mechanisms lined up. After a call they told me how to move it. Also left out the wheels and cotter pins. Customer support was responsive, sending casters.

Did not receieve all parts. Missing a Whole box. Missing box 1. No casters, no headboard, no footboard, 2 Pins installed on a part from box 2 but Missing 2 other pins, Missing hand crank. Do not see a hand pendant

Bought this for my mother, good bed easy to assemble.

Very heavy, good quality, assembly by two people, very quiet

I accidentally ordered the bed without the mattress. My mom was coming home from the hospital by the end of the week and I was panicking. I called Click Medical and spoke with Hasbo from Proheal Products Support. She quickly assured me that she would order the mattress immediately and within 24 hours I would have the shipping and tracking information emailed to me AND with no extra charge! I received a confirmation email immediately after our conversation, shipping information the following day, and another one after it shipped with kind words about may mom returning home and not to hesitate if I needed anything else. I received the mattress in plenty of time and was so grateful . I don’t usually write reviews, but found it necessary this time with such exemplary support and kindness. Thank you, Hasbo!!
