Caffenu Nespresso Vertuo Compatible Descaler and 6-Uses Cleaner Pods Kit

This is what was coming out of my machine while using the SECOND pod. It was obviously much nastier than I thought! Pods work well but I was not able to follow the provided directions. When hitting the button 3x, the machine was trying to brew the cleaning pod an an espresso and then flashed red since it was unable to read it. Instead I had to go through the app and do a “rinse” and check a box saying no pod was inside. Then it worked perfectly.

Great cleaner for my nespresso machine

Unbelievable! Started with descaling then used cleaning capsule. The process was painless and seamless! I'm blown away as to the amount of gunk that was removed! After the cleaning, I did a full rinse, and a little residue came out, but my Nspresso Virtuo machine looks brand new! My wife was noticing a bitter taste so I started to do some research.. This product doesn't use the citric acid approach which is what I like. The solution is organic. I appreciated all the previous reviews and for the price to be able to complete the descaling and cleaning with the pod was a perfect fit. Well... I just had a double espresso and the froth was next level! The thickness to the pour was amazing! I've been living in the dungeon prior to this product! Lol... My wife can immediately tell the difference! We are beyond happy with this product and will focus on utilizing this product every 90 days fpr optimal pours.. This is definitely worth the investment and time to tune up your machine.. Thanks!

It wouldn't work at all work my Nespresso Vertuo. I just kept getting an error. It's an older model and doesn't work with the app.

Works great, but minus one star for having terrible instructions causing me to use ai for solution finding. I have a nespresso vertuo plus. You have to have it closed and locked. Hit the button three times then. Then when you get to the rinse stage repeat. The instructions say not to lock it but it locks when it shuts, and for obvious reasons doesn’t descale when open.

Descaler was fine but pods not compatible with my machine. Eta: The pods are not compatible because my machine requires the barcode to function. I was able to create a work around. I took a used pod, removed the top foil, disposed of the grounds, and cleaned it. Then cut open one of the cleaning pods and poured the detergent into my used pod. Then ran the machine. It did clean but not as well as using the cleaning pod as intended.

I bought this package especially for those cleaning pods for Nespresso Vertuo. Our Vertuo had mold in it, and we haven’t been able to use it for that reason. These pods gave a new chance for our Vertuo and coffee tastes even better! Both the pods and descaling are easy to use and they work well. We will be using these pods on regular basis from now on to assure the cleanliness of the machine in the parts where mere descaling doesn’t reach. Definitely good value for the money.

Descaled the vertuo machine

Excellent product. My vertuo machine is now clean and scale free. Very easy to use. Clear instructions. Will definitely buy again.

I’ve tried using vinegar in the past and it never gets the machine quite clean as this did plus it can void the warranty on your machine. I’d highly recommend this product consider considering the great job it did. For the pod you just make sure there’s water in the reservoir pop it in close the lid and press the button three times quickly to get it to run it cycle of cleaning. I put a large glass container under the spout to make sure it would catch all the liquid The second stage of cleaning I use the D scaler again add water to your tank. It shows you how much on the bottle to pour in there’s a green arrow and then you just run the cleaning cycle. Make sure after you’re done all this that you wipe everything out and run a couple cycles with fresh water to rinse everything out.
