What a lovely set of mindfulness cards for the whole family! We’re a family of 5 and I’m so pleased we have something we can all enjoy and benefit from together.

I love this product. They are very good quality cards. I use these with my students to do simple mindful activities. The activites are really good and useful, I am working my way through them. A must for anyone wanted to share mindful activities with children as well as teenagers and adults becuase they are easy to understand and do. LOVE IT can't say it enough.

Fantastic flexible resource which I am using a lot

Saw this lady on an online conference and loved the ways in which she described teaching mindfulness to children. I am a children's yoga teacher and have found these cards really useful to my teaching and also with my own children

I use these in my group work and for individual children. They are easy to use and have some great activities to try.

A great buy.sometimes I'm put off by picking up books but these cards are quick to flick through and choose a mindful activity.i use them at home and pick a few cards to use at school with young children.

This pack had some good ideas but i feel slightly cheated out of my money as it is far too basic. I was hoping for a broader variation for children with different needs and ages.I struggle with the word ‘fun’ as the majority of these activities aren’t very fun.If you’re looking for something basic and also for a young child then this pack is quite good. If using it with children with additional needs, especially with behavioural difficulties then this pack is not engaging enough. In the past 2 months I have probably used about two activities from this pack.
