The media could not be loaded. The delivery was delayed a couple of days but I don’t care at all. It came so well wrapped and protected it was like Christmas morning. Assembly was easy and quick. This chair is the best!! So plush and comfortable, the reclining is great and best of all the lil foot rest. 10/10/10 all around highly recommend.

I have a back problem and a sit down job, so finding a comfortable chair that is just right for long sessions is a real challenge. I bought this chair for all its features and great looks and was happy with it for a couple days. But then i started feeling that something just wasnt right and that it just wasnt working for my back.I contacted customer support about returning it and they were very understanding and helpful. After a short message exchange the chair was on its way back and i got my refund. Such caring customer support is rare these days.Even not considering the customer service experience, Im still giving this chair five stars as i did like it very much, it just didnt work for me personally.

The chair is super pretty. Took my fiance less than half an hour to assemble. I bought this chair specifically for gaming. It's comfortable to sit in for the most part. The seat is a little harder than I expected it to be. The arms do not adjust, which is something I didn't even consider when I purchased, so that's a bummer, as i personally wish they could be adjusted to sit higher. This biggest downside is this chair gets very very hot to sit in. I've been sitting in it for maybe 30 minutes and I'm starting to get hot and stick to the chair, so it will be uncomfortable to game for long periods of time. It's not exactly what I was hoping for, but it's a good chair, regardless. Think it's a bit in the pricey side for what it is. I've definitely experienced better chairs for a bit cheaper, but there are definitely worse picks.

If you want a truly superior office chair, you need to spend double or more than the cost of this one to get that. However, for the cost, it's really a decent chair. I'm 5'4, under 128 pounds, and I'm not rough on things. For these reasons, I expect this chair to last a very long time. I will say that if you are tough on furniture, this may not last. Suits my needs fine and I really like the chair.

It's a nice looking chair but it needs to come with warnings: will pick up literally any color just from you sitting on it, no matter how many times you've worn and washed those jeans. The armrests are not adjustable. And the seat after 3 months of use doesn't hold up. This is not a memory foam chair, and if you are a remote worker, this will start to wear on your quickly. I've had to add a memory foam cushion to get through the day. Needless to say, I wish I would have just paid the freight on a proper chair because now I've wasted the dollars on this one and I would have been halfway to the best rated chair on the market.
