I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it and every adult that see ask me how much with all the pieces they couldn’t believe what I paid for it. I have to order 2 more for my other grands

I am very pleased with this performance

I'm still in the process of getting to know it, but I noticed right away that it's updated to Android 11 and does not allow it to upgrade any further than that! So far, its not up to date to run all the apps I had on my old phone as smoothly. Lots of crashing and scrolling issues. The screen leans to the cooler visuals but I did add a bluelight filter to help curb that a bit. The graphics are better than expected for the price but still not great. I bought it to use while waiting for my new phone to come. The TextNow app runs well on it so I still have some wifi phone capabilities. The camera is HORRIBLE so don't expect to use it for anything at all! Its worse than our little phones we had decades ago. It's going to be a return for me.I will say it's a nice little set-up though so it really depends on what you plan to use it for. I really don't like the fact that they're selling it under the impression that it's current. That's false advertisement!

I'm only giving it a tentative four stars right now due to the fact that I'm just now starting to use it. But so far so good it's easy to use and fun to play with. It was very easy to attach the keyboard as well as the mouse through my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection. I'll come back and change this to five stars if I feel it deserves it. But as far as for the money it's a great value I'm very happy.

The media could not be loaded.  I received my tablet yesterday. Did the overnight shipping? I love the tablet. I love all the accessories that it comes with one thing that I don’t like doesn’t charge that well. I put it on the charger. At about 10 o’clock last night when I woke up, it was fully charged after about 45 minutes close to an hour of me using it. I have to put it back on the charger now it’s on 5% so it doesn’t hold charge long it dies really fast but other than that, I love it I just dislike that it does not stay charged long enough for me

The screen is good size and looks decent, but though the keyboards barely ever work and haven't been able to get the mouses to work eiter. And, charging is slow and doesn't hold a charge for very long. Bought 2 of these for my granddaughters and 1 of them melted at the charging port after only 2-3 uses. Amazon replaced it right away but then the replacement was worse! We had to do a factory reset on it cuz it wouldn't do anything after 1 week of use cuz it kept shutting off even with full charge. Lucky I still hadn't returned the old one yet cuz I had to pry the broken charger out of that and switch it out. Sooooo now I use a different charger and it seems to work, but still slow to charge and quick to drain the charge. AND my SD card got stuck in there and it's not reading the card! It's okay for the price for kids but I still feel like I wasted my money. The other granddaughters works fine so far but the one who uses it the most it's been problem after problem! Wouldn't waste my money on this tablet. Spend the extra 20 bucks for a little better one.

It takes forever to charge. Just received it yesterday. Didn't get the chance to test yet. I noticed it is sometimes slow in responding as well but that is acceptable for the price if it was charging properly.Don't recommend.

My only complaint: When I first got the tablet it would not turn on. I had it plugged in for an hour and finally got a screen that said “100% battery”. Yet, I it still wouldn’t turn on. I had to factory reset the tablet to finally get it to start but then the tablet started draining 1% every minute that passed while it was still plugged in until it hit 10% battery. I had it plugged in for 6 hours but it would not charge. I switched so many chargers but the highest it charged to was 13%. Finally I found out there is a hard reset button in a small hole between the power and volume control. (Which I had to google since the tablet didn’t come with an actual manual) after pressing that in, the tablet reset and I was able to charge is to full battery and it’s holding the charge really nicely.Besides the stressful set up, the tablet works better than expected! Faster than the Samsung tablet I’ve had before but not as fast as an IPad. I bought this tablet for drawing so the pen it comes with is too cheaply made for drawing purposes, but I have another pen already for drawing so that was not a big deal for me.The keyboard and mouse are great. I noticed I can actually connect them to my phone as well, which was cool. It comes with a nice screen protector and the case is pretty well made. The back of the case is honestly a lot nicer than the cover but again it’s I’m not too worried about it because the screen protector. I would love to give it 5 stars but the set up issues I had almost had me ready to return it. However, over all the whole set for the price is a great deal! Just have a small pin ready to reset the tablet just incase!
