While I love other sweeteners, including stevia, I didn't start losing weight until I started using this product. I'd already worked out the rest of my eating choices, and I get as much exercise as I'm ever going to, but wasn't losing any weight, and desperately needed to. Since I started using this, about 2 years ago, I've lost a respectable 25 lbs and kept it off, and am still losing weight (and am still considered "obese," so I still need to lose more weight). Read the instructions/warnings/etc carefully. Over-use does cause gastric problems as mentioned on the label. That's not the right way to lose weight! Anyway, this is purported to be diabetic friendly, and that's what attracted me to it. Ask your Dr. for advice, not me, but anyway, it's working well for my personally losing weight. That said, it's pricing is ridiculous. Even before the pandemic, it was so unaffordable that I could only purchase one bag of this per month. Now, I have to buy in bulk and make it stretch for many months. It has helped me lose weight, even with that drawback, but think how much more weight I would have lost by now if it cost less! Also, the company needs to remember the absorbent expense that diabetics (which I'm not, myself) go to to manage their diabetes, as well as the difficulties in eating in diabetes-managed ways. I think it's not moral or ethical to make such a positively life-changing product almost impossible for those who need it most to afford. Good health shouldn't be put on the alter of bowing down to the banking industry, and really, that's what's happening here. It's just as bad as pharmaceutical companies overcharging for lancets and insulin. Swerve, you can and should do better than this.

I love this sugar-free product! I have tried several, but this one takes the 'cheese'cake! While other products interfere with the cakes not rising properly, Swerve is granulated just like sugar, creating a true baking experience. And it tastes great 👍 My blueberry cheesecakes and homemade pie filling was delicious 😋 Thank you Swerve ❤

What an amazing product. FINALLY! After so many years of being addicted to sugar and trying dozens of and hating every sugar substitute I tried, I found Swerve. I’m very particular about the taste of my sweeteners. Every other one I’ve tried either doesn’t taste right or has an awful aftertaste. But now Swerve. If you gave me my morning tea or coffee with regular sugar in one and Swerve in another, I’d never be able to tell the difference.I feel so much better putting a teaspoon of this in my tea or coffees than I did regular sugar. I’ve been able to cut out sugar from all my drinks. I haven’t baked or cooked with it yet, but I will update this review if it’s anything but amazing.

Is rather expensive but more affordable here than at the stores. It is a great sugar sub. It will caramelize when other subs will not. Makes it more like the real thing.

It's a little on the expensive side. It really does taste and measure just like sugar. I've tried lots of sugar substitutes that are supposed to measure 1:1 as sugar but don't. Swerve really does AND with no after taste!

If you’re trying to go sugar free, you can’t do better than Swerve. My husband and I recently decided to try the Keto diet and along with that came giving up sugar (Aaahhhh *sob*). I found plenty of recipes for baked goods to help curb your sweet tooth while on keto and they almost all recommended Swerve. I kept thinking, why Swerve y’all? I’ll just try something easier and cheaper to find.You guys, don’t do it. Swerve is way better than the other options out there. I’ve used it to bake cookies, brownies, blondies and make cookie dough balls. We use it in our coffee and the same sweetener base is what is used in Halo Top. This is THE best. Take it from someone who tried them all.If you’re looking for a sweetener to replace sugar, don’t look further. Swerve is where it’s at.

Swerve doesn't have the chemical aftertaste of other artificial sweeteners, but it didn't pack much of a sweetness punch. I used it to sweeten a meal-in-a-bottle fluid, and it took twice as much as the hybrid artificial sweeteners (75% artificial) I had been using. Even then, the fluid didn't actually taste sweet. I went through the bag, looking forward to having used it up.So, it worked out to being twice as expensive for a worse experience.

Best sugar substitute! I have tried all the Keto friendly sugars and this is hands down the best. I have been living a Keto lifestyle for 6 months and I attribute much of my success to Swerve. It tastes so similar to sugar and can be substituted for a 1:1 ratio. I have a sweet tooth and this allows me to make many of my sugary favorites without the carbs and sugar. It’s perfect and a necessity for anyone trying to live a low carb lifestyle!
