Dreamland: A Novel Paperback – August 8, 2023

I couldn't put the book down and when it came to Beverly's story boy did that head home. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 in my mid thirties and I was reading the part of Beverly. I was the red flag. When we go through life we'll have red flags that pop up in our mind and I was that little piece in her mind that was telling her this is not okay. Please listen to me so the part of Beverly is very powerful because it puts us deep into her mind and her actions and thoughts. The whole story was amazing and I don't want Spoilers alerts but boy didn't make me cry. I can say today I no longer have bipolar. God healed me. It was a long process but today I am free. Thank you Jesus.

Nicholas Sparks really nailed this novel. As I began reading, I thought this was 2 stories instead of one, but as I got to the end it's amazing how these 2 stories wrapped into one for a fantastic ending. Once started, I couldn't put the book down. It's a great book to read on a rainy or snowy day as it will draw you in and keep you entertained the whole day long.

I have been a Nicholas Sparks fan ever since I saw the movie and read the book "A Walk To Remember,"....which is my Top Alltime Pretty Princess Fav".., which I give a movie scale rating of All the STARs in the Heavens⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💕💕💕!...Nicholas Sparks, ...Shane West and Mandy Moore really "brought Tears to this Girls eyes"!!...This Current book, details a "Wonderful ♡ Picture,..." that I feel everyone will most "certainly enjoy!"...Well worth the money spent on this Paperback, and Quality like only Nick Sparks can bring to your life...a "definate Great Read!"..Thanks once again, Amazon...❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🧡💯🙏🏻!!!

my favorite author what can I say?

Having read all of Nicholas Sparks' novels, "Dreamland" left me with mixed feelings. Unfortunately, it didn't become my favorite.One of the main challenges I faced with this book was the intertwining of two completely different stories. Throughout the novel, I found myself constantly questioning the connection between these parallel narratives, which made the reading experience somewhat frustrating.Additionally, the storyline focusing on the mother and son, which initially held promise, gradually lost its appeal for me. By the end of the book, it felt repetitive and somewhat monotonous, losing the emotional grip that Sparks' books are usually known for.Overall, while "Dreamland" has its moments of poignancy and beauty, it ultimately fell short of my expectations. I missed the seamless storytelling and deep emotional connections that I have come to cherish in Sparks' previous works.

Absolutely loved this book. Not at all what I expected. Even when it started to come together, I wasn't getting it! Every time I read another of Mr. Sparks books, I'm amazed. Thank you!!
