Uninhibited model, single (not dual) audio track
Delightfully uninhibited model demonstrating beginner and intermediate poses. Reasonably good photography tastefully (and thoroughly) done. Some modest lighting deficiencies at times, easily overcome if your TV has a good brightness setting. Visit the makers' website for uncensored views of the model involved to avoid any surprises on that score. The DVD does NOT have two audio tracks (despite the package labelling offering the useful feature of being able to choose between: "Track 1 - Music & Nature Sounds, Track 2 - Nature Sounds Only". While Amazon sent a free replacement when I reported this, their replacement has the same improperly burned end result (perhaps they could correct their package labelling as their DVD burning capability seems not up to this). Organized as a single track/chapter/scene that loops back to the beginning, and appears to be burned on purple dye consumer grade DVD-R media.Since there are no chapters or scenes, you cannot readily choose which portion(s) to view but must play or fast forward to reach specific portions. I list here the minutes into the DVD's single track when poses are first introduced (many are repeated a second time, some such as Downward Dog are done several times):2 Lotus7 Mountain8 Downward Dog9 Half Downward Dog10 Warrior 112 Warrior 222 Half Lord of Fishes26 Camel31 Triangle34 Child35 Sphinx37 Tree41 Half Shoulder Stand44 Cat44:30 Cow49 Bridge51 Wheel54:30 Happy Baby

Good performance
What appears to be an Indian woman performining yoga routines on ? a West coast beach. She is fit and well proportioned and performes the poses well. Good but not as good as the "yoga undressed" video series.

I'm so satisfied. Masterful. Tasteful
This is a pleasant nude yoga video that is beautifully done by a brown Indian looking girl. The scene is majestic with a peaceful looking setting surrounding the view of this gorgeously crafted sole. Her natural state in the buff gives the appearance that she's not aware of anyone there and that she's all alone :)

shadows and light
I am revising my first review because today when I watched this video for the third time I realized I was too negative in my first review with it. I apologize for that. There is nudity in this video but there is also a lot of shadow and silhouette. That was my original complaint. I guess I just expected (or wanted) more, but at any rate, I was overly harsh with my comments.Much of it is shot into the sun so the model is in her own shadow, but sometimes the camera angle changes so that she catches the sun and is quite visible. I still wonder why they have so many shots of the ocean waves unless it's just a way to fill in time so the video is long enough to call it an hour. (It's 58 minutes.)As far a the yoga goes, the model appears to do a very good job of performing the asanas. She is all natural. The music is quiet and relaxing. You really can't practice along with the model because there is no verbal cueing. However if you already know yoga and have your own set of poses you could use this video for some inspiration. There is no menu, no angle options, and no audio options even though it says on the box there is. It does restart itself when it's over so it will run in a continuous loop.
