I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some. If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$! (Follow-up review) We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. The computer is lightning fast and fast better than what I was expecting at this price point.

I really wanted to love this PC — specs looked great on paper, the RGB lights gave me hope, and I was excited to finally dive into some gaming. Instead, I ended up with a nightmare in a case. Here's everything that went wrong: 🔹 Overheating from Day One Straight out the box, the CPU was running at 120–125°F (over 50°C) with nothing running. Playing even a light game like League of Legends would cause the system to crash like someone yanked the plug. I monitored temps and confirmed it was overheating while idle. Not okay. 🔹 Faulty Hardware The speakers didn’t work, and when I pressed the mouse buttons that came with it, they sank inside the shell and got stuck. Feels like the cheapest peripherals they could find were bundled in to look impressive. 🔹 Hard Shutoffs This wasn’t a blue screen or a software issue — it was a full system shutdown whenever any graphics load hit. It did the same thing at the exact spot multiple times. That’s either a power supply failure, GPU issue, or both. 🔹 Returned Immediately I contacted Amazon support and they confirmed the product was defective. The company had no more units in stock, so they could only offer a full refund. At least Amazon handled that part well. --- ⚠️ Final Verdict: This PC might look cool with all the RGB, but underneath it’s a hot, unstable mess with subpar parts. If you're serious about gaming or even just want a PC that stays on, skip this one. 💡 Tip: Monitor temps with HWMonitor and stress test with OCCT. If you see high temps on idle or hard crashes during basic use — return it immediately. Don't risk your data or safety.

Original review Complete trash. Freezes even checking emails requiring a hard start up. Buy a different one. I returned mine getting a replacement .... Update upon getting the replacement, the computer is awesome and does what I need it to do .no lag and great WOW play. Customer service was at first shoddy but, they resolved the issue and sent me a new computer. Would recommend for gaming

Keyboard didn't work and reaching support was difficult. Long wait time. Bought a new keyboard and everything works great now. I recommend the PC, but the peripherals are not worth it if you can get the PC cheaper by itself.

This is my first gaming computer and I have loved it so far, enough that I ended up purchasing one for my husband as well since his hand me down computer could barely even play the simplest of games. Set up was simple, it looks amazing, and I have had no problems with game play, speed, storage, or performance. The sound bar and headphones that come with it are not the best in the world but they were not really my concern. I plan to buy speakers in the near future and have already upgraded my headset. Overall this computer is great for new PC gamers, and for anyone who wants a decent PC but doesn't want to spend an insane amount of money.

Pros: It's Pretty. All the lights are amazing and the light-up console is great UPDATE: Returning the system because it now freezes and crashes unrecoverably, and the sound bar, although great with lights, doesn't work anymore. Cons: The system has Windows 10 installed and you cannot upgrade to Windows 11 because the CPU won't support it. So when MS and other major software/games discontinue support on Windows 10 you're screwed. The headset and a few other things are MISSING from the box. The system is "adequate" for gaming, but is not as fast as a comparable system we use and will freeze or crash periodically.

On the first day I got this PC, it had 5-10 BSOD's (blue screens of death) and wouldn't turn on properly. Once it did turn on, I installed windows 10 and then after about a month or 2 I noticed some problems. The PC doesn't come with an SSD card, so when you get a BSOD, it goes to BIOS and you have to push the power button to restart the pc. The built in wireless wifi driver stoped working so I had to spend 70 bucks on a wireless wifi driver. This PC has been slow (probably because it has a 12 year old CPU!) and has giving me multiple random BSODs! This PC is not worth for what you pay. It's worth it to pitch in an extra 100-200 bucks and get yourself something better. Note: This PC doesn't come with windows 11 and cannot upgrade. In october 2025 (assuming the PC makes it that long) will not recive updates due to microsoft's ending of windows 10 support. DO NOT BUY THIS PC!! GET SOMETHING BETTER FOR AN EXTRA 100 BUCKS!!!

When I first got this it was working great. A couple months later a sudden malfunction occured. I contacted customer service and they were very professional and took all troubleshooting steps that we could do. Did not fix the problem. In the end it ended up being a warranty issue and they refunded me full price. Very please with the way the company handled this. So 5 stars for their courtesy and handling. Do not get that too often these days. Thank You!
