I purchased these so my kids could keep some ashes from our dog. I glued the top on just so it doesnt get opened accidentally. They work great.

I love how I can have my dogs ashes with me whenever I go anywhere now and have him back by my side.

Should have come with some type of glue to seal the top.

Smaller than expected and writing is crooked! No little tool was sent to put ashes in either.

I ordered these little pet urn keychains for a bereaved friend who just lost his dog. The ordered inscription he wanted, and I ordered for him, said " You left pawprints on my heart". But I got two little urns with a completely different inscription (see my attached photo), which was a lesser priced item. There's nothing wrong with the actual product itself, It's is nicely made, sturdy and a good price...just the wrong inscription sent to me. What's most frustrating is that Amazon had no option to get an exchange, only to send item back for refund. I've done that, but I still want the correct item! But who would trust this vendor to not make the same error again if I order again??? Very frustrating.

It keeps coming opened, there should be a way it should seal shut.
