Great as a Gluten Free Breakfast Cereal

I cook this up with half milk and half water as a hot breakfast cereal. It is delicious topped with a little maple syrup and chopped walnuts or pepitas. Since we have Celiac in our family we are strict gluten free. My very sensitive Celiac daughter had no reaction to this teff and we loved it, so win-win.
