Cereal is great!! I use this kind to make oatmeal bars! Clean ingredients!! This is something I look at when feeding my kids!

I expected this to just be a way to consume fiber. But the texture is really good and the taste is slightly sweet. Great with blueberries and almond milk. But not good enough to snack on like a regular cereal soooo it's PERFECT.

I was REALLY struggling yall!I was trying to decide between this one and the poop like a champion one which has more fiber but I was looking at the testimonies and ppl would say that if they overdo the quantities for the latter, it was a disaster. I figured I'd try this one to start and I finally started going regularly and with very little struggle. It doesn't work right away, probably took a whole day to start seeing results. The taste is not the best but it's also not the worst, especially considering it's doing what I wanted it to. I personally started with half a cup, put some honey and I found macademia milk (pricey - I'm sure you'd get the same taste with oat or almond milk) gave it a good taste.I've been slowly increasing the amounts now though because I've been struggling lately but that could also be me getting too comfortable and not watching what I eat like I was when I first started. Will update. I might try the higher fiber now if I'm not getting the same results I was before but this was a BIG help

would buy again, low sugar, high fiber for a gluten free cereal

I was searching for a replacement for a brand name circular shaped oat cereal due to being cautious about Roundup. These are NOT oats; wish I could find guaranteed Roundup-free oat product. They are nice and crispy and sweet. But I found the price too high to want to reorder.

This has really helped me, it has so much fiber I'd be willing to eat it forever if it continues to help me with bowel issues. The taste is not great but thats to be expected, after all it is bran. My only disappointment is the time for delivery, its been 5 days & its supposedly due for delivery tomorrow, guess I'll order more at a time so I do not run out, the order I'm waiting on is 3 boxes. Again if it's delivered tomorrow that will be the 6th day from my order - so don't depend on a fast delivery would be my advice. Good luck.

Great value for the price. Even picky eater likes this. I make candy with this. A very healthy candy substitute. I could not find this locally. Thanks to Amazon, I am back to making all types of healthier snacks with this cereal. I will buy again.
