A good quality supplement with a great effective blend of ingredients.No adverse reactions.I can’t fault this but it is a tad on the expensive side so I’ve knocked off a star for that.I would buy these again.

This is a blend of various B vitamins in good proportions to support the body.This is a good solution especially if you are not easily able to get some B vitamins from your diet e.g. if you are Vegan or Vegetarian.These vitamins and vegan friendly and provide high quality B vitamins that are easy to take. Each bottle provides a 1 month supply.What I really like is it used food based ingredients which are absorbed better by the body and provide higher quality nutrition than a lab based vitamin. It also doesn't have any other fillers or colours. Overall a really good quality supplement.

My dad is normally on one of the usual B-Complex supplements, but this caught my eye as being plant-based. It has the advantage of it being more naturally produced, you just have plant extracts (plus Hypromellose for the shell), and still get all the vitamins.The only issue with it being plant-based is that not all vitamins are in equivalent amounts, I guess the most obvious is B9 being lower than other strong supplements. But most other doses, including B6, B12 etc are in what you would definitely call strong doses.It's quite expensive, but I can understand it for the formulation.

This is a great B Vitamin Complex, which contains decent amounts of all the key B Vitamins which help us nautrally produce more energy. I personally always find these boost my energy leveles throughout the day. By boost, I mean I feel awake and alert, and I don't feel my energy levels dip in the afternoon or feel the need for an afternoon snoozse.I also find this B Complex also helps with my mood too, and I feel happier and calmer while taking them.I'd recommend them for sure, easy to swallow, just one a day with water, 30 day supply.

As I've been reading up on the B vitamins and realized that taking some of them might have some positive benefits to my health. I liked that this was a comprehensive mix of all the important B vitamins including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. The formula is plant based and so is vegan or vegetarian friendly. The capsules were of a nice size and I had no problems swallowing them. I didn't sense any unpleasant aftertaste. I do feel that this combination of essential B vitamins did have some benefits on my energy and mood although it's difficult to measure or quantify that or know specifically that it was this one supplement that actually caused it. The only downsides were that it's not cheap for the number of capsules and some people might feel that the capsules are quite large although as I mentioned above I didn't have any problem swallowing them.

These multi-vitamin B complex capsules contain all the necessary B vitamins from plant based sources in an easy to swallow vegetable based capsule so are good for vegans and vegetarians. It's good to see that the levels of Niacin (B3) are not too high as doses over 50mg per day can have unwanted side effects for some people. The high level of Riboflavin (B2) can turn your pee yellow as the excess is excreted through your kidneys. This can be a shock if you are new to high dose B vitamin supplements but it is harmless. The jar contains 30 capsules to be taken 1 per day so essentially a one month supply.Overall these are a good quality easy to swallow vegan B complex vitamin supplement and at the current asking price of just over £20 per jar I think that they are reasonably priced for a high quality supplement.

Not only are these large capsules hard to swallow so is the price!While they cover all the necessary B vitamins they are much more expensive than my normal brand and I cannot see why this would be the case.There is only a 30-day supply in the bottle at a dose of one capsule per day.Even if cost is not a consideration these capsules still have the issue of being on the large side. Owing to my overly active gag reflex they take some swallowing for me.

I've been taking these plant-based vitamin B complex capsules for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a slight improvement in my energy levels. The vegan-friendly formula is great, and the capsules are easy to swallow. While I haven't experienced any drastic changes, I do feel a bit more alert and focused. But, they taste a bit earthy.
