Just the job for emergencies and sprains ... or to hang in front of a fan when you get 'hot'. Simple and effective when the instructions are followed.

These actually work unlike the ones I bought from the chemist. Easy to use, good size, I now keep a few of these it my gym bag for emergencies.

Fantastic product!! I hurt my ankle playing rugby so needed an ice pack to help with pain and healing. I read the reviews and, although there are a few bad ones I went with it simply because most of the bad reviews mentioned things like "wouldn't freeze" "exploded in freezer" when the instructions CLEARLY say "NO FREEZER REQUIRED"!!! These couldn't be any easier to use! Simply squeeze gently until you hear a pop then shake vigorously to mix contents and, hey presto, you have a nice cold ice pack!! Been sat here for over 15 minutes already with a pack held in place on my ankle via an elasticated bandage and it's still ice cold. Will definitely buy again once I've used them all.

I have tried an Instant Ice Pack and it works exactly as described. The Pack is portable and remains cold for approx 20 minutes before it starts to warm up but this was sufficient time for the Pain relief I needed. The instructions are clear but when folding the pack for the first time it's difficult to know what to expect because it feels like the whole pack will burst and spill out but it's the inner bag that bursts. Then you shake the whole bag to activate the cold pack. There are no instructions on the pack on how to safely dispose after use it just says dispose, albeit the box does includes the company contact details to make contact with any questions.

Handy for out & about while dealing with a fractured ankle. They are a good size to be able to tuck in the front of my fracture boot & stay cold for a reasonable amount of time

Great ice packs and can use anytime

This is a great product really handy when you have a little one even for your self I take them on holiday I leave a couple in the car for hot days or any injuries but they are a good size last a couple of hours easy to use would recommended to anyone

Delivered quickly. Items are a little tricky, breaking the plastic bag within the ice pack took more pressure than it naturally felt possible to push down without the bag popping. However, once the internal bag broke, the bag was cold, although it only lasts 15 minutes. To be fair, these are great for first aid boxes, but if at home, a bag of frozen peas would be better. The reason I gave three and not five stars is the fact the bags and contents are toxic to the environment, and don't stay cold long enough.

These instant ice packs stay cold for about 15 minutes. They are very handy to have in a first aid kit for quick emergencies or minor injuries, but they aren't great if you're trying to stay cool in all-day heat. Useful to have around for quick relief, just don't expect long-lasting cooling!

Very difficult to pop the inner lining by hand. I use a different method. I shake the contents down and use a rubber hammer giving the bag one good lick. The Redneck way….Hey, it works every time.

Pop super easy, great for travel and to have in hand for accident prone children! No issue with leaking & gets cold as soon as you pop the inside. Great price for the amount

They get cold instantly & they last a bit longer than other ones I've used.
