It Works as described, that's why I gave it the five stars, but I see some characteristics that I don't like: 1) it has very little capacity for soap (320 ml), which forces you to refill it frequently (depending on the use you make of it, obviously). 2) its horizontal shape forces you to be very careful to make sure it is completely level when it is placed on the wall. 3) It is a bit awkward to refill the soap, so it is advisable to have an additional funnel article or to be disassembling it to refill). 4) The mounting system on the wall is by means of a piece with adhesive which could be an apparent advantage, but over time it may become detached and fall off and there is no replacement included. I can't comment on the battery life because I have only recently purchased it.Update #1.Two other aspects that I don't quite like are as follows: 5) the sensor is not very sensitive, so the hand must be passed two inches or less away, otherwise it will not dispense soap. 6) the device is relatively narrow, so you have to place your hand very close to the wall where it is installed and sometimes even touch the wall. There are other devices on the market that are better designed in all these respects. I do not take away stars because I insist, it does what it promises although with many opportunities for improvement.

I though it did at first, but what I realized was I was just moving my hand away too quick and some soap was left on the little nozzle and would drop down to counter. Even if it did drip a little I'd keep it. I'm going to get a cute soap dish to go underneath just in case to catch quick hand leftover soapies5. I don't really care about the clock side, it's a cute touch I just like how it looks tho. Battery lasts long, charging is quick.6. Get a tiny funnel to help pour soap in.7. We installed ours with 3M Velcro strips, hold up nice and removable for refilling. The install stuff it came with looked like it would remove wall paintGet this!

Great looking product.Very easy installation.Comes with easy to read instructions.Comes with funnel and C-charging cable.Hello. I received the product on time and was excited to install in my children’s bathroom. After installation It took around 5 hours to fully charge. Turning it on and using it was easy but would not stay on. After several more charges with the same results I chose to send it back. My believe internal battery is bad. Amazon has no hassle return policy and I was refunded to my account within minutes.

It’s a good quality product. Though it didn’t come with the adhesive tape or cap for filling port. Only a small amount of soap dispenser, which is sufficient. The click only comes on when hands are underneath soap dispenser.

Really like this soap dispenser but it started to leak I will not buy again unless they fix that issue otherwise it would be a keeper

Love love my soap dispenser. Leaves my bathroom counter free from clutter and soap pieces and it looks good while doing it

Easy to use, sticks well on the surface. Foam comes out great.
